Enquiries and operational audits

We process your name, email, optional phone number, property type, location, number of rooms/units and description of operational challenges to review your enquiry and contact you personally. An enquiry creates no obligation to purchase. Please do not submit guest records or sensitive information. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) for other business correspondence. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing.

Technical operation and recipients

Hostinger hosts this website. Audit requests are sent server-to-server to Make (EU1) and saved in a private SPACEERS board on monday.com. The connected Gmail service sends an internal notification to panos@spaceers.com and a receipt confirmation to your email address. Access is limited to people who need to handle your enquiry. Requests are not automatically shared with Staywerk and do not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Security and retention

Technical access data may be processed to protect the website under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). To limit misuse, the form stores a hash derived from your IP address and a request counter for one hour. A random submission identifier, protected content hash and, where confirmed, the lead record ID are retained for 24 hours to prevent duplicate processing. Enquiry correspondence and lead records are kept only as long as needed for handling and relevant follow-up, subject to legal retention obligations. Make execution logs and email copies are retained according to the respective account settings.

Fonts and cookies

This website loads Google Fonts, which sends your IP address and technical connection data to Google. WordPress and cookie-choice controls may use necessary cookies. Optional tracking requires consent where applicable. You can delete or block stored cookies through your browser. An audit request is not consent to advertising or optional tracking.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for the future. Contact panos@spaceers.com. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including where you live or the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
